At MeltedByMB, we take pride in processing and shipping every order with care to ensure your luxury hair arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MeltedByMB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for added security.

International Shipping
